BIOGRAPHY

Mark Trujillo, ESQ.

Mr. Trujillo graduated cum laude from New Mexico State University with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Law & Society. In 1996, Mr. Trujillo received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.

Mr. Trujillo was admitted to the New Mexico Bar in October 1996 and is licensed to practice in all New Mexico state courts. He was admitted to the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico and the United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit in 1996; United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces in 1998; and the United States Supreme Court in 2007.

Mr. Trujillo has practiced as an Assistant District Attorney and received his commission as a JAG officer-attorney in the United States Air Force. Mr. Trujillo served seven years in the Air Force and was selected to the rank of Major before he was honorably discharged in 2005.

Before joining the Law Offices of Bruce McDonald, Mr. Trujillo worked for and directed all aspects of litigation for various insurance defense firms that included in-house trial counsel for a large national insurance company. Mr. Trujillo practices in the areas of insurance defense, personal injury and general litigation.
